Marcela Pena specializes in civil, probate estates, trusts, and conservatorship litigation. She has been active in the practice of law for almost 13 years.    With a reputation for her tenacity and strategic acumen, Marcela has built a notable career handling complex cases and providing exceptional legal counsel to her clients. Her practice encompasses a range of areas, including civil, commercial, probate, real estate, and contract litigation. She also has transactional experience in trust administration, business formation, and estate planning. She has also worked in government as the managing probate attorney for the San Bernardino Superior Court, where she led the probate division. She has also externed for United States Bankruptcy Chief Judge, Central District of California, Hon. Barry Russell.
