Muhammad Kenyatta is an Associate Attorney at Hiroshima Daggett, where he advises and represents employers, small businesses, and non-profit organizations on a variety of employment and labor law matters. His practice focuses on advising clients on issues such as workplace investigations, wrongful termination suits, and wage and hour compliance. Muhammad regularly contributes to the firm’s general counsel practice, where he provides strategic legal guidance to help a variety of small businesses and non-profits grow and succeed. His work is driven by a commitment to providing effective, practical solutions that protect his clients’ interests.
Before attending law school, Muhammad served in the U.S. Navy for eight years, an experience that taught him to excel under pressure and think strategically. He gained valuable legal experience as a judicial extern to U.S. District Court (California Eastern District) Judge Troy L. Nunley, judicial extern to Assistant Presiding Judge (Sacramento County Superior Court) David W. Abott (retired) and at the California Office of the Attorney General (Employment and Administrative Mandate Section).
Muhammad holds active bar memberships in Missouri and Utah and is actively pursuing admission to the California and Texas bar. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2021 from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
